For the love of Stromae

So recently I got a chance to experience a Belgian superstar from his coming in to the end… You know the one called Stromae (which is the alternation of the word Maestro FYI) more info about him here

I will feature snapshots (unless indicated) from my friend Cyril N of  Widepix and a whole gamut of photo ops around the country. He generously gave me a chance to have his pictures grace my blog so here goes:

My co-workers and I- Cyril and Audace got the chance to go wait for him at the airport but unlucky for us, lucky for him- We were not allowed to take his first emotions till the next day at his press conference…

With my co-workers ready to cover the whole story of his jetting in. Selfie via Audace’s iPhone… Lol… We were first to arrive! 11 am! Whoah!

We were so desperate that taking photos and calling our little group #TeamNoSleep was a cope out to relieve the stress…
That hashtag is the name we coined ourselves because we waited till 2 am! Another Whoah! Mind you Stromae touched down at 10 am Kigali time… Major bummer.

That was just a little of the woes we had to go through, I mean even with all that we didn’t quit so we eventually got to the concert and I must say I had a ball!
